Repayments must be made at the latest within 14 days from the day on which you received notification of the cancellation of the contract.
- If outside of the 30-day trial period, this will be a refund of the current value of the device. If a repair is possible, please allow between 2 and 7 working days for the task to be completed. The partner can only issue a refund or provide you with an exchange once the old/defect product has arrived. This process is necessary, as the partner has to verify that the returned device is identical to the original one.
Remember, if still in the 30-day trial period, the refurbed product can be returned free of charge to the refurbed supplier for a replacement or refund. Otherwise, a repair under warranty will be carried out free of charge.
